Using a practical Kaizen approach, we will focus on continuous improvement throughout municipal government, identifying waste, improving processes, delivering better results for residents.

Our future depends on clean air, clean water, farmland, trees & open space. We support sustainable planning that protects natural resources & strengthens quality of life for future generations. 

Residents deserve leadership that acts with integrity. We promote strong oversight, fair processes & decisions that prevent conflicts of interest, backroom decision-making & political favoritism. 

Residents should not have to search for answers. We will  improve communication through clearer notices, better online access, timely updates & more meaningful opportunities for public input. 

A strong Monroe supports the people who make it home. We will focus on community services, senior needs, veterans’ support, youth & family programs & a business-friendly environment.
