Yvonne Pilla brings more than 40 years of management experience, operational leadership, and strong working-family values to the Heartbeat of Monroe slate. Her career included 24 years as a commercial bakery manager and 16 years as a fresh food manager, where she built extensive experience in leadership, team oversight, customer service, and fast-paced operations. She brings practical judgment, accountability, and real-world business experience that will serve Monroe Township well. Deeply connected to the character and values of the community, Yvonne is committed to protecting Monroe’s residential quality of life, supporting working families, and preserving the land, neighborhoods, and traditions that make Monroe Township special. She and her husband are proud parents of three sons and one daughter, and proud grandparents to six granddaughters and one grandson. She understands the importance of protecting the kind of community families are proud to call home.
